How many passengers can you carry?

Our Starfleet LimoBus can legally carry up to 16 passengers.

Is hiring LimoBus expensive?

We offer packages for as little as £10 per passenger.

Can we bring our own alcoholic drinks on-board?

Parties over the age of 18 can bring their own drinks with the exception of red wine.

How much is the deposit?

To make a reservation we require a 20% deposit of the total amount. For deposits we accept cheques (made payable to Limo Bus Ltd) and all major debit/credit cards.

When do I pay the remaining balance?

The outstanding balance will be collected on the day of hire, before the journey starts. Payment on the day can be paid by debit/credit card or in cash. We do not accept payment by cheque on the night.

Is the deposit refundable?

No. Deposits paid will be discounted from the total balance and are therefore non-refundable.

Do you supply music CDs and DVDs?

Yes we can, but our clients are welcome to supply their own. Our DVDs are region 2 compliant.

How far ahead should we book?

The general rule is as early as possible. The later you leave a booking the more likely the date you want may not be available.

What is your smoking policy?

In common with other limousine hire companies we do not allow smoking in our vehicle.

Will LimoBus be late to collect me?

Our chauffeur is given a collection time fifteen minutes prior to the clients collection time. On the very rare occasion when a chauffeur is 10 minutes late, he/she will still actually be five minutes early.

Is your vehicle insured?

Our LimoBus is fully insured and is PSV Licenced and COIF Registered.

How experience are your chauffeurs?

They are all police checked, extremely experienced, and respectful of our passengers needs.
